Visualisation.
If I hide the target, so that I cannot see it. Furthermore, if I don't know what the target actually looks like, I would not probably recognise it, even if it smacked me in the face!
How can I hit a Target I cannot see?
How can I hit a target If I don't know what it looks like?
I've got to give myself a chance!
I have written goals, listing all the things I want to do, be and have in my life.
Along with these written goals, I have pictures, either drawn or real photographs, even cardboard models that represent my achievements of things I want to do, be and have.
Then I place them where I can see them daily, to remind me of where I'm going and why I'm doing it!

Motivation.

When I lack and Laze and don't push or do all I can - or do even the basics that I've decreed necessary for my goals, then the law of attraction will supply me with a whole lot of nothing! However, I know...
That I only need to make a decision to change and then start to do it and I can achieve all that I set out to do, be or have.
What's more, I can restart as many times as I like! After-all, I'm human and prone to making mistakes just like anyone-else!
I can forgive myself for not keeping on track and get back on track as soon as I realise my mistakes! The Universal Mind, Nature, Greater Power, God, or whatever I choose to call it or believe in, is all-forgiving!
Once I restart my schedule and start working toward my goals once again, I can pick-up from where I left-off and move forward from here!
